Is $499 really the whole build price?
Yes. One payment of $499 covers the design, the build and the launch. The only other cost is the $49 a month that keeps it online. There is no setup fee hiding underneath, and no per-page charge.
What happens if I stop paying the $49?
The site comes offline, because that fee is what pays for the hosting and the domain. But the work is yours: ask and we will hand over the code and transfer the domain to you, at no charge. Nothing is held hostage.
Why is this so much cheaper than the quotes I got?
Because it is a defined service rather than a bespoke project. Most of the cost in an agency quote is discovery, meetings and open-ended scope. We have taken those out for the kind of site a small business actually needs. If you need something genuinely bespoke, this is not the right product and we will tell you so.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The design and the content are yours from day one, and you can take the code with you whenever you want.
Is it a template?
No. It is designed for your business — your content, your structure, your colours. What is standardised is our process, not your site.
Is three days realistic?
Three working days from the point we have your content — your text, your photos, your logo. That proviso is the whole story: the build genuinely takes three days, and the thing that stretches it is waiting on material from you. If you send everything on day one, you are live on day three.
What if I need changes later?
Small changes — new hours, updated prices, a swapped photo, a paragraph rewritten — are covered by the monthly fee. Bigger additions like a booking system or an online shop are quoted separately, and we will tell you the price before we start.
Do you build mobile apps too?
We do, but not at this price — an app is a different kind of project. If that is what you need, get in touch and we will talk about it properly rather than pretending a fixed price fits.
